CPEG Scientific Meeting 2025 (Oral Presentations)
Congratulations on being accepted to present an oral abstract at the 19th Annual CPEG Scientific Meeting at the RBC Place, London (300 York St. London, ON N6B 1P8) on February 6-8, 2025.
Oral Presentations are a total of 13-minutes (an 8-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute moderated Q&A).
- OR1-OR6 will be presenting on Friday, February 7 at 9:00 AM
- OR7-OR12 will be presenting on Friday, February 7 at 2:00 PM

CPEG Conflict of Interest Form
Every presenter must complete the Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
It is mandatory that all speakers and presenters submit a completed conflict of interest form. As per accreditation requirements, those who fail to submit will not be permitted to present.
All presenting authors must register for the conference in order to participate. Please register here.

Slide Format & Mandatory Slides
University of Toronto Accreditation conditions require that all presenters/speakers must include a disclosure slide and learning objectives slide at the beginning of their presentation, stating all real or apparent conflict(s) of interest or lack thereof and verbally notify the audience. Patient Confidentiality
All presentations must comply with patient confidentiality agreements. Patient names should not be used, and images must not contain identifiable features (e.g., institutional location of scan, date of scan, patient date of birth, MRN, photography that shows facial or other identifiable features etc.).

If there are any changes to your presentation please place your updated presentation on an unencrypted USB device and bring it with you to the conference. You must arrive at least 1 hour prior to your session. When you arrive, please check in at the registration desk so we are able to give your presentation to the A/V team.
