Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada – Section 1
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, approved by Continuing Professional Development, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. You may claim a maximum of 17.5 hours (credits are automatically calculated).

American Medical Association – AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ Designation
Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. European Union for Medical Specialists (UEMS)
Live educational activities recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) are deemed by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) eligible for ECMEC®.


Accreditation Letters: Attendees must attend the live delivery of the education program, in-person and/or synchronously online, in order to receive their letter of accreditation or claim hours.


Only those participants who have participated in the live/face-to-face accredited Organ Imaging Review 2024 program would be eligible to claim Royal College Section 1 credits and will receive a letter of accreditation after the conclusion of the program.

Participants who opt to only watch a recording of the Organ Imaging Review 2024 program are not eligible to claim Royal College Section 1 credits, but could claim credits under Royal College Section 2 “Individual Learning” as an unaccredited activity. Participants may report time spent in gaining knowledge, skills and abilities acquired through independent, self-directed learning activities, such as “Educational content review (Reading, Listening Watching) as an unaccredited activity and claim 0.5 credits per hour to a maximum of 30 credits per year.
