E-poster Presenter Details

• Digital poster presentations will be displayed for the entirety of the conference
• Suggested attendee viewing times include pre-conference, lunch, and during the breaks
• Posters will be located in the virtual poster hall of the conference platform
• Submission deadline Monday, November 16, 2020
• All presentations are required to begin with Disclosure and Learning Objectives slides.

You may choose either E-poster formats:

1. Traditional Poster Abstract in PDF format or
2. Digital Poster Presentation in a pre-recorded presentation format*

Traditional Poster Abstract:

Abstracts must fit on one page in portrait style (11” wide x 17” high)

Posters will be submitted in PDF format

Abstract must include:

• Title, authors and abstract
• Methods
• Results (results may be presented in table or graph form; authors are encouraged to refrain from delivering results both in text and table/graph format)
• Conclusion

Digital Poster Presentation:

• 3-minute (maximum) pre-recorded PowerPoint presentation exported into mp4 video format
• Slides may be accompanied by an audio walkthrough/explanation (optional)
• Slides must be in 16:9 format
• Presentations must not exceed four slides nor exceed three minutes
• Presentations must follow the following format:
  • Slide 1: Title, authors and abstract (any acknowledgements can go in this slide as well)
  • Slide 2: Methods
  • Slide 3: Results (results may be presented in table or graph form; authors are encouraged to refrain from delivering results both in text and table/graph format)
  • Slide 4: Discussion
