Our EQUIP faculty team consists of internationally-recognized clinicians and experts in the field of QI who have a track record executing successful QI projects in academic settings that produce publications in high-impact journals such as JAMA Internal Medicine, Academic Medicine, and BMJ Quality & Safety.

EQUIP faculty have made significant contributions to national and international faculty development programs in QI and Patient Safety through collaboration with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).

Several members of our team trained and worked in other parts of Canada and the United States and have ongoing collaborations with Canadian and US centres on multi-site QI initiatives, ensuring the relevance of EQUIP course in both the Canadian and American contexts.
