Fees

$2,830 + 13% HST CAD ($3,197.90 CAD), including materials

Registration is a Two-Step Process:

1. Application:
   An application deposit of $500 + 13% HST is required. Applicants will be provided with a link to a questionnaire upon payment of the deposit. Applications will not be considered until this questionnaire has been completed.
2. Successful applicants will receive an email with instructions to pay the balance of the registration fee within 5 days. Payment in full must be received by the program start date.

Those not accepted into the program will receive a full refund of the application deposit.

All payments are due by credit card. Receipts of payment are issued by e-mail only.

Enrollment is limited to 32 registrants.

Cancellation

From September 1, 2023	No cancellations accepted
All cancellation fees are subject to 13% HST.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to facmed.registration@utoronto.ca.

Registrations are not transferable.

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
