Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate at the Holiday Inn – Yorkdale. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations at the hotel, at their own expense. To guarantee hotel accommodation, at the group rate, it is important to make reservations directly with the hotel f no later than October 26th, 2018. Individual Reservations

Individual reservations must be made before Oct 26, 2018 to receive the discounted group rate.

   • Enter dates, scroll down (group code is prepopulated), Click on “Check Availability”
   • Click “book this room” on preferred room type
   • Fill out information, click next to guarantee reservation with credit card.
   • Click “confirm”, confirmation number will appear.

Parking at the FSCC:

If you are driving down to the FSCC, paid parking is available in LOT E. Other parking options are the Hospital parking on the east or west elevated parking garages at the Humber River Hospital at the usual rates on a first-come first–serve basis. Directions

From the 401 Westbound – exit to Keele Street and proceed through the lights onto Sir William Hearst Avenue.

From the 401 Eastbound – exit to Keele Street North turning left at the first lights onto Sir William Hearst Avenue.

From Wilson Avenue access can be obtained from either Julian Road or Morton Shulman Ave. on the south side of Wilson Avenue west of Keele Street.
